4. How is it cheating?

If they broke up and then she started sleeping with someone else how is that cheating? Now if she was letting him beg for forgiveness and lied about her "activities" then it's dishonest but not cheating. He deserves it, and so does she. She started sleeping with him while he was still married.

but I'm wondering if she was having this thing with his friend before his affair was discovered--unless we are to believe she started messing around with him *because* of this affair, which is lame.

If my boyfriend cheated on me, and then I broke up with him (but I don't think they ever broke up?)--I wouldn't go jumping in bed with his best friend. I don't think I'd be messing around with anyone for a while, I'd be too devastated.

It's kind of weird, IMO, but at least they're finally over--seems like a car wreck all around.

it is lame to start sleeping with someone because your man cheated on you, especially with his friend, but I can't say I wouldn't be tempted by that revenge in the same situation.

Jude does have two (or three?) with Sadie his ex wife, and if my memory serves me correctly, those are *technically* Sadie's kids and not his--though obviously he considers them so (and they consider him so).

My memory does not serve me correctly, LOL. He has three biological children, and one stepson (Sadie's son with a previous boyfriend/husband).
