Hi Everybody! I'm in NoCal, visiting with NV Whino...and today we went

into Napa to have lunch with Crazy Guggenheim, and Fleabert! I am having a wonderful visit and remember...I STILL love you all! Here are a few pics from today: I'll respond as I can...but we are getting ready to eat dinner......

The ONLY bad part, and it isn't really that bad..is at night when I'm back in my B&B...

All alone, no TV, no phone except for my cell phone, and no computer...and NO DU!

Otherwise, I was greeted by some gorgeous LA weather and my sight-unseen apartment is very cute and very safe. Now I just want my stuff! :)

Here's your update, you two...and for everyone else who reads my silly thread as well....

Today, we are being less strenuous on ourselves...

This AM we spent some time with my PictureProject Reference Manual for my new Nikon camera...

Of course what this means is that NV scrolled through it all the while making intelligent comments while I nod and smile dumbly...

I'm hoping that some of what she told me will stick in my memory and I'll be able to use it when I get home!

Later on, we will drive into St. Helena, and drool over the goods that are completely out of our reach price-wise!

The Sideways Tour is not up in this neck of the woods...it's down near Santa Barbara, which is waaaay south of here......
