is actually the original "home" of Mardi Gras. But the bumper sticker you saw obviously was referring to New Orleans & one wonders why someone would be such a "party pooper" as to take the trouble to decorate their car with such a mean-spirited declaration. Oh, I forgot about the "W" stickers, HA!
