:pals:
So, is the translation something like; "The life is (a little) beautiful"?

6. Yes....things aren't quite at the full-blown la vie est belle stage.
But things are pretty good, and as I'm listening to French opera I thought that I should use some of my atrocious French.

How are you today mon ami? :pals:

19. Not much.
We're being governed by a group of unprincipled liars, the Conservative Party leadership race is going to take almost as long as your primaries, and soon a television licence could cost nearly £200 p.a.

How's life in Florida?

7. Hi, Billy!
:hi:
You know, it's strange, people have been adding letters to my name to make up a new one for a long time! I had a co-worker who used to call me Clintly...then a good friend who used to call me Clinticles. What made you decide on Clinters?

10. I often add "-ers" or "-sters" to the ends of names
depends on what letter it ends in. You become "Clinters." Progmom would become "progmomsters," or maybe just "progsters."

Clinticles....

40. Good morning, TJ!
How are you? When I get down to work in a few minutes I will get my first taste of Poulenc's Dialogue des Carmelites. I went by the library last night on the way to choir practice and got that and Rossini's Petite Messe Solennelle (a boxed vinyl set). That was hard to find. It had been checked out only once since 1985 and had not yet been migrated to their automated catalogue. Richmond has a very impressive music library, including scores, for a city of our size. I'll need some time at home for the Rossini as I'll need the turntable.

Thanks for expanding my horizons! :D

54. Yes, indeed I have.
I grew up drinking Krispy Kreme coffee - but I find the bold to have a bit of a bite, I believe that KK might add chicory to their blends ...

I'm so spoiled that I used to take my coffee grinder, beans and coffee pot when I traveled - I may start taking Dunkin' Donut's coffee beans with me. The next best thing is Starbucks.

I like mocha latte ...

as I just said ~ I'm spoiled ...

I swam this morning and I biked there. Very odd because the city streets were all but deserted at 5:30am. It's certainly safer that way.

I hope you have a great day, and you have your weekend off to look forward to.

(Sorry about Jeb. We had an idiot governor, George Allen, and we decided to send him to the Senate. :grr: )
