16. That lady is hilarious.
I know you don't think, hilarious when it comes to nuns, but she's a really sweet lady and is pretty fun. I watched EWTN occasionally while in college.

2. What a warm little blast from childhood!
Got a "Go, Dog, Go!" handy?

"Good-bye. I do not like your hat."

4. I wish I had a nickel for the number of times
I made my father read those two books to me.
I could probably fill my gas tank.

22. I wish I had a nickel for all the times I read it to my boys!
I'm pretty fond of that book, even after numerous readings.

6. I love Go Dog Go!
Our local children's theatre adapted that into a play, which was AWESOME!

"A Dog Party! A big dog party. Big Dogs, little dogs, green dogs, red dogs, yellow dogs, blue dogs, black dogs and white dogs are all at a dog party! What a dog party!

3. I'm not.
Why not?

It might have something to do with my being younger than you (albeit not by much).

9. Not a *snort*
God, I *loved* that snort!

We've still got the books and I've read them to my own kids.

Now, when one of us walks out the door, the salutation is "Good-0bye, I do not like your hat."

How 'bout an "Amen" for "Put Me In The Zoo?"

11. My grandson loves the snort, too!
Last time he was here, we drove by a construction area and took pictures of all the snorts. I made a whole page full of them and printed it out for him.

We have all the books that we bought for our kids and we read them to our grandson when he comes. The kids want to leave them all here for some reason.

You'll get an "Amen" for just about all of them. I LOVE "Did I Ever Tell You How Lucky You Are."

"... and all that his stingy old uncle will pay
for shoving that mower around in the hay
is the piffulous pay of two Dooklas a day ..."

Gotta love it. :)

8. No, I don't have any mommy parts...
And I also would need a time machine, which I don't have at the moment.

I loved that book when I was little, by the way, haha.

Now, I need to try to finish my damn political science paper.
