Tell us about the best waiter/waitress you've ever had

Paul and I were in Madison a few years back (before going vegan) and stopped at the Pizzeria Uno there. The waitress comes over, bright and cheery, and asks if we're ready to order.

I say yes and wait for her to get her pad and pen ready. Nothing. I asked if she wasn't going to write it down. She miles and says, "No, I'll be OK."

So we order the pizza, the appetizers and the drinks. I bet Paul that there'd be a mistake on the order.

She was phenomenal! Everything was perfect and she had several other tables that she was doing the same thing at.

BEST server I had ever seen.

Ed Debevec's as "Zeke" (that was his psuedonym, they all have them). I have to say (without much bias) he is the greatest waiter in the country. You can catch him in LA now...new restaurant...Hawaiian theme...can't remember the name.

it's the Chinese restaurant I regularly go to. They treat our family as one of their own. And every waitress there does it.

21. Hmm... I guess the guy at the Cotton Patch last month

He was very attentive... filled our glasses without having to be asked... and when I spilled a little on my chest, he brought me a moist towellette immediately. Very attentive and cheerful. He got a great tip.

When we mentioned what great service we had to the cashier, she knew right away who we were talking about. :D
