big eyes. Short jaw. Could be a mini dachshund or a chihuahua.

It looks like a mini dachshund or other very small breed of dog, but not one of the tea cup breeds. The eye cavity is large, so perhaps it is a dog whose eyes "pop out" of the face (mini dachshunds have that characteristic and so do chihuahuas). The jaw is interesting. The canines are well developed, but the muzzle looks shorter than in most dogs, so perhaps it may be more of a chihuahua than a dachshund. I don't know... what is it?

20. Large canine teeth.... |
|
so its defintely a predator of some kind.
and large eye sockets relative to the head, so its definitley a smaller mammal.
Small fox? Lynx?

it appears to be in the canine group but is not a domesticated dog, hyena, jackal, or fox. What's left? My guess: a dingo, the kind that stole my baby.

56. A pug, chihuahua, or pomeranian skull. |
|
It has the bone structure of a dog skull, and the size of the eye sockets tells me it's a small one. The muzzle is very short, only leaving a dozen or so possibilities. Pug, chihuahua, and pomeranian are the most likely because they're the most common. It's also possible that it's a Shih Tzu, Pekingese, or even just a terrier puppy.
If I had to pick one, I'd probably guess chihuahua. Those eye sockets are just huge, and since the chihuahua is the worlds smallest dog, it would be the most likely candidate. Jaw and skull sizes vary among breeds, but eye sizes are pretty much the same between dogs...so the smaller the dog, the bigger its eyes look).
Now, watch it be a friggin rat or something :)
