Which is more annoying in a restaurant: Loud kids or Obnoxious Cell phone

I figured with the other thread we have open let's put this to a poll. Which annoys you more:

Choice #1: The obnoxious loudmouth kid who is running all over the place and the parents are doing nothing to control them

Choice #2: The obnoxious cellphone user who has his/her ringer on the loudest option with the most annoying ringtone and talks loudly on the phone throughout his/her meal

1. Screaming kids who throw their toys around when the parents do

nothing about it REALLY pisses me off. As far as these fucking cell-phone fuckwads, they seem to think that everyone around them is obligated to listen to their pathetic conversations.

but as far as loud kids, it depends on where you go. For example: Applebee's is a family restaraunt that encourages families to bring there kids, as does Chili's.

As far as cell phone use, I wait tables part-time and I have had a woman stand there and tell me to hold on while she takes a call, I motion that I will be right bakc and she shakes her head and tells me to hold on. I just wanted her drink order and I do have other tables. How Rude!

4. Both are annoying.

Kids will be kids, but it irritates the hell out of me when parents just let their kids run wild and think nothing of the other patrons in the restaurant. As for cell phone users in restaurants, I think a lot of them just want to show the rest of us how important they are because they have to take calls in the middle of dinner.

7. in india almost NO one has any cell phone manners

and will answer calls during movies/dinner/whatever

10. Cell Phones should be outlawed in public places

it pisses me off to no end when a waitress or salesperson is trying to take care of someone and the asshat is talking on the his phone.
