It feels like it's bruised. What happened? I just don't understand this. My aunt asked my if I knew how to do isometrics. I told her I was still trying to learn precalculus algebra. I'm not ready for isometrics yet. She said it needed exercise. I told her my butt probably gets the most exercise of any part of my body. Then she told me to take a bath. I told her it doesn't stink, I took a shower earlier. Then she said, no a tub bath. Will that help? I wonder.

5. Actually, everything has been tasting strange lately, so I wouldn't know. |
|
Ya don't think the bartender slipped something in it, do you?

11. It's starting to ease off a little. |

That really hurt there for a few minutes. Maybe I rolled over that scalia nerve mentioned in a post below. It hurt. Remind me to have that nerve removed if it's going to attack me that way. Although the bartender could at least have slipped me something that would make me feel good instead of giving me an ass attack.

9. I couldn't help it. I had to share this. |

It came on all of a sudden like I moved the wrong way and I actually had to stand up and hold it. It hurt. It's starting to feel a little better now.

7. Thanks, I did notice earlier when I was trying |
|
to get more comfortable that I sort of rolled something in my extreme lower back. It made a noise. No, it wasn't a fart. LOL. The padding in my computer chair is getting old. You know how worn out chairs are. It's like that. So I have a couple of pillows on the seat. One is this cut rate cheap "goose down" pillow that my mother gave me. It feels like they really used grown up goose feathers. You can't sit on it or sleep on it without getting stabbed by quills. Then on top of that one, I have a halfway decent pillow to cushion my ass from the quills. My aunt just told me how brown sugar was made. I think we are both going nuts tonight. To whoever pumped the laughing gas into the trailer: I say thanks, I've needed this all week long.

10. Get off your feet for as much time as possible and lie down |

13. I don't know if you had an accident |
|
if you did, you'd probably remember it.
I fell on my butt ice skating as a teenager and I wasn't comfortable sitting for two months. Actually standing was better than lying down. The thing is you can get a hairline fracture which causes pain but there really is no treatment for it. As long as you keep moving its gonna hurt. It heals on its own over time.
Sounds like you might want to visit a doctor though.

14. I had to take something for it. |
|
I did go lie down on the couch and watch Numb3rs, but ended up having to take some off brand Tylenol stuff I have for headaches. It started hurting down my left leg. It was horrendous. Thankfully, the pain has eased off some now. I was hurting. I could have possible rolled over my tailbone or something. I noticed earlier that something made a noise when I tried to get more comfortable in my chair. It's pretty bad when you have to take something for your ass.

16. You've slipped a vertebrae and a nerve is pinched in your lower back. Try |
|
taking 4 ibuprofin and 2 tylenol every 6 hours or so.... drink plenty of water, and lay down.
Then, try to find a local chiropractor to ease the bones back into their normal position.
Then, start an exercize program that involves strengthening your stomach muscles.
Walk. A lot.
You'll feel better soon... try the ibu/tylenol combo, the store brands are fine, the key is the 800 mgs of ibu with the 400 mgs of acetominaphin.
