2. Perhaps you did something to make the baby Jesus cry?
That's the only thing I can come up with.

5. Do you have the most recent version? They just changed it... AGAIN...
Edited on Sat Oct-15-05 03:45 PM by DrZeeLit
I know... they just had an update about a month ago.
HOWEVER, they had a major update on the day that Apple announced the iPod w/Video. Wasn't that this week?

Just a thought.
I've updated iTunes, since I have version tracker and updates arrive on my screen with regularity.

6. No I have not updated it. Do I have to do that before the songs
show in the little artist/album/price/whatever section?

8. You might try it... can't hurt. Some little odd glitch and oops, songs
are gone. Is this on your computer or when you go to the website?

14. You can't see songs in the iTunes store or
you can no longer see the songs that you have downloaded and or have already on your computer? I have iTunes and also have the most recent version but I don't think I have had this problem.

15. They just released iTunes version 6.0. You need at least 4.9 to access
the music store. If you download, make sure you turn off your anti-virus software before you install. And, you may have a problem with Quicktime--if you do--you need to download Quicktime 7.0.3 separately FIRST and then the iTunes update. Then reboot your computer before you try to use iTunes or it won't work properly. I installed 6.0 last night. My installation went smoothly--but you need to be up-to-date on all Windows Updates/Installers, etc. and you can't have spyware/adware on your machine or you'll run into problems. I think this new version is to support the new video iPod that's shipping this week. But 5.0 had so many problems maybe they just scrapped it?
