Don't think so. Very few hippies, disco music was starting to get out of control and the renegades were wearing bell bottoms long enough to from the obligatory raggedy ends our parents hated. That and military jackets. And skipping school hangin' out at poolhalls with lots of pinball games, completely baked, listening to Led Zepplin. She don't even look high.
Eye makeup was still blue eyeshadow with black mascara and eye liner, I believe ( one of the reason when my daughters started wearing make-up I said, ANYTHING but blue eyeshadow and black eye-liner and mascara) Girls were trying to look like Farrah Facett. Oh, the horror!
She appears bi-racial which was not nearly as common in the seventies.

She's very pretty though! Nice taste.
