What In The Hell Was I Thinking?
While looking for something else I found a bunch of old pictures. This one is about 15 years old, and I can't figure out why I thought that thing on my chin looked good.

Here you go... 21 years old, but can't quite remember why I was wearing leather pants and boots, no shirt, with a leather bowtie. Chippendales Dancer? Cruising the bars? Maybe the Strohs in the foreground has something to do with it.

back then. From what I remember.

But I thought you'd be more impressed with the fact that not only could I cook, but I got out of bed to make her breakfast (her being the person holding the camera).

We've all done the experimental facial hair thing (well, those of us who can) with mixed results. I like the pictures with Mrs. RL and the one on the cable car was great too. Don't be afraid to share them. It gives us a better total picture of who you are and who you've been!

More  pics.

Yeah, I was 17 and down vests were very popular. Really.

At 22, I played guitar and keys in a new wave sort of band. This was taken in the studio in Chicago.

age 24. My Clash Phase. Mohawk and all. Actually, not really a phase. No idea who the girls are. We met and partied with them for a few days on Mackinac Island.

Age 29. This one I kind of like. We had a gig and some unknown person put a stuffed beaver on my Amplifier. Became the band mascot...

You'd be shocked if I showed you pics of my dh's former 'burly man' look. He apparently also thought it looked 'cool.'

He has a full beard when we started dating. Then he went through a 'goatee' phase, and various other facial hair incarnations. (sigh)

He was still cute underneath it all--and you don't appear particularly unfortunate in that dept. (lol) so don't stress over it too much!

:hi:

Thanks for sharing the pic. Looks like nice ink on your arm.
