Started new job on thursday and SICK as a dog! Help!

I don't know if its allergies or a bad sinus infection BUT my eyes are itchy as hell, watery, my nose is stuffed and runny. I have tried several over the counter, went to Wild Oats and bought something else...NOTHING is giving me any relief....Can't afford a doctor.

2. Ginger compress on your sinus.

Grate fresh ginger into simmering hot water. Simmer 5 minutes. Dip a washcloth into water and place on your nose and sinus. It will drain whatever is there and relieve the pain. Continue until you feel better.

The only thing that is giving me any relief is a wet wash cloth...Never tried ginger...will buy tomorrow..thanks

Sleep, then sleep some more and then take a nap. Come back to the lounge when you feel better.

5. Nice idea but

I have a lot of studying to do on Sunday. I renewed my insurance license it's been 17 years since I sold health insurance...a lot to learn.......I'll dream about the sleep!
