My basement flooded last night!

The thing at the bottom of the drainpipe fell off, and in just a few short hours, the whold basement was under two inches of water. Yuk! Here on Long Island we had the lovely eight days of f---in' rain.
I have a sewing room in the basement, and all sorts of fabric and papers of all sorts got ruined. We had to borrow a shop vac...poor husband was at it most of the day, but it doesn't seem much better.

Question: will I get electrocuted if I use the washer and drier?
