1. Ah, I love that stuff.

It goes down real smooth, allowing for a easier transition to drunk.

1 pint half-and-half
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups Irish whiskey
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
1 dash cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla


Blend all ingredients in a blender until mixed well, serve cold. Stores for up to two weeks in the fridge, but it's never lasted that long.:beer:

Long ago, I knew a night nurse who would have some upon getting home from work in the morning.....

She told me the alcohol helped her sleep and the dairy helped her stomach feel good......
