1. Two gripes about yesterday's game.

The Crawford Boxes make homeruns a dime a dozen if you play in that park 81 times a year.

Jason Lane should be suspended for his bullshit slide on Nunez. Having been a baseball player, I have been personally ejected for purposely appearing to slide into the baseman. If you want to take the baseman out, you can only if you're going for the bag. Lane was not. That play was Bush League and hopefully, though I hate to feel this way, Lane will get his.

Otherwise, your pin is awesome man! Though Lidge lost a touch of his mystique yesterday. I don't know what to think about today's game. Let's just hope both sides play fairly and do what's right to ensure no one gets injured like that again.

This is so much bullshit, Reciprocity. If the Astros were winning fairly, I wouldn't be pissed, but they're not. Jason Lane is a dirty player that should have been suspended after yesterday. The Cards have gotten the shaft on the zone all day. It's a very poorly umped game.

18. I don't know if it's because I'm slightly dyslectic ...

but I never can call balls and strikes. I normally go by to what the announcers are saying. In this case they say it is a generous strike zone but it is the same for both teams.

threw across the plate was a strike. And, then that Edmonds pitch was a bullshit call.
