2. Anyone in an intact house
who doesn't have to flee or even call his insurance agent with a heavy heart in the morning is lucky. Flooding is a problem, no matter what the source.

3. Ouch. But then, he should be glad for the basement.
If I had 5 feet of water here, it would be over 1/2 way up my walls. But then, I'm on high ground too.

6. The bigger engineering feat would be finding a group of animals
that would want to be on the same boat as that fuck-ugly pug of his :D

7. Will Pitt, I believe, is willing to bbq Remy.
So if Pitt's on the boat flipping burgers on the poop deck, you might want to give dinner a pass.

5. The moooolllllddddd oohhhhhhh
Just thinking about the mold something like that would create scares the shit out of me.

I hope your poor neighbor doesn't have to burn his house down to escape the mold! (And I'm only 80% kidding.)

9. Bwahahahahaha
No really, that sucks. Truly.

I live on a hill. Our basement drains towards the..... garage door. I've never seen sheet flow across the basement, but if it did, I'd simply open the door and let it out.
