First one says "One of my patients got all 10 fingers cut off in an industrial accident...I re-attached them and now he's a concert pianist."
The second one says "I worked on a guy who lost both legs in a farming machinery tragedy...fixed him up and now he runs in marathons!"
The 3rd one thought a minute and said "Well, they brought me a fellow who was hit by a train. All they could find was an asshole and a cowboy hat and now he's the President of the United States."

I was a tech. In the shop we had nicknames for certain tools like, the Dictapliers and we sat in a Dictachair.
A solder sucker was called a....(wait for it).....
Dictasucker.
