98/1 = x/.93
then cross multiply
1x = 98(.93)
x = 91.14

Pool at the rec ctr is 98 lengths for mile and I was trying to figure out what it would be for 1.5 meters.

1 yard is about .93 meters.
Not sure what you're actually trying to figure out.
How many lengths you need to do to swim 1.5 kilometers?
