Anyone watch Ming Tsai beat Bobby Flay in "Iron Chef America"? |
|
On the other night, they made duck dishes, mmmm....
I still think it would be cooler if the judges were "blinded" as to whose dishes they were eating.

2. Maybe it was a rematch, but Ming Tsai won this one by 48-43. |

4. Ming Tsai was a year behind me at Yale |
|
as were Fareed Zakaria and Slate editor Jake Weisberg.

5. Didn't his twin brother (Ming Hsi) go there too? His actual name is |
|
Ming Hao, he used to go out with my neighbor when we were in high school.
I think his brother is some kind of investment banking or venture capital type. Wonder if he helped him get his restaurant in Wellsley going.
