... I would have considered PP as gay, but in denial and therefore supressing her true feelings by getting mangled up in an obsession with Chuck.

Marcy on the other hand, I think knows much more where her cookies crumble, and enjoys batting for both-sides - but really loves screwing with the minds of the straight/blinkered community by dressing and behaving very much as a cliched "woman-in-comfortable-shoes".
