"Dazed and Confused" on AMC right now

This isn't really a copycat, but I did click on AMC after seeing a thread about "The Bodysnatcher" being on now (I got the channels wrong - that's on TCM).

But what a great surprise my mistaken channel choice yielded! I know there are others here who love this sweet little overlooked movie. Tune in if you like!

This really is great fun, this movie. So, so, so full of genuine nostalgia for those of us who grew up in the 70's!

5. I absolutely love this movie! It captures the mid seventies perfectly.

I would have been an 8th grader going into high school so these guys would have been chasing me to paddle my ass!!

I grew up in a small town in upstate NY and we used to have keg parties just like the one in the movie.

Wooderson: That's what I love about these high school girls, man. I get older, they stay the same age.
