When the Mega Millions was at 300mil a couple years ago some guy won it who already owned 3 construction companies and already had a lot of money. x( Not THAT much money, but still. I would have been happier if a poor person had won it.

I didn't like him.
No, 's far as I know, this person was not already a millionaire. Then again, the website doesn't say...just that this individual lives in OR...where I live. I thought I'd read recently that no one from my beloved state had ever won a PB jackpot...Grrr...
