Sinus Headache...

Three days straight with very little sleep. Anyone have advice, so far the psuedafed and tylenol have not worked.

a neti pot. I was a bit skeptical at first when I tried, but ever since doing sinus rinses with it, I have not had a sinus infection (or headache) since. Do a google on neti pot?

2. I'm dealing with it now.

Actually, it's been 2 months. I've taken antibiotics, which helped, but it's not completely gone. I got a lot of drainage by applying a hot gel pack where the pain was strongest (above my right eye), and now I'm using a Nasaline device for irrigation (got it at the pharmacy), which is also helping.
