THE TEA PARTY have broken up (apparently)! Thoughts?
Edited on Thu Oct-20-05 06:41 PM by bbernardini
From what I can gather from the forum on their official site, Jeff Martin has left the band, breaking it up, at least in theory.

Once again, I discover a band and they break up or somebody leaves the classic lineup before I can see them live. DAMN DAMN DAMN.

2. When I worked for HMV, they did an instore.
They'd been around for a couple of years, and the store manager, oblivious to the comments surrounding Jeff Martin's appearance and sound actually said, "Have you ever been told that you look like Jim Morrison?"

:eyes:

3. Your manager wasn't the sharpest bulb in the deck, was he?
Yes, that's right, I just combined three different saying into one, saving you both time and energy.

4. LOL
Well, that WAS a bad illustration of his level of intelligence.

He wasn't really quite so thick. Usually.

5. That sucks...
I saw them live back in '01. Amaziing show, and I wasn't even a huge fan of the band at the time (though I was a pretty big fan in the mid-to-late '90s, I just kinda got bored with their stuff).
