AOL people are really fucking dumb

Every now and again, I watch "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire" and whenever the contestant does the "ask the audience" thing, the results from the AOL audience are almost always almost even at 25% for each option; whereas the studio audience tends toward an overwhelming correct response.

Plus AOLers are fucking stupid for using AOL to begin with; AND are to be considered fucking stupid because they don't how to use email.

Though in hindsight, I should have been a bit more specific as to what kinds of AOL people are fucking dumb; certainly, many are on AOL because they have no choice, and they KNOW that it's a piece of shit filled with ignorant morons. I should have clarified that I was NOT including the people who realize that AOL is not "the Internet".

7. Hey, aol works for me

and I don't understand why techno-snobs object to it so much as they don't use it themselves. You all can use your magical "foxfire" and "modzilla" and what have you, whatever the hell those are, just leave the rest of us alone! (Although I do chuckle over the number of threads I see here complaining that your foxfire or modzilla "isn't working well today.")

9. The thing I don't like about AOL is...

the software never leaves your computer once you install it. It just sits there and takes up hard drive space. I did the AOL thing once, but I have high speed internet through my cable provider now and wouldn't EVER go back!

10. I've been using AOL for 12 years

As with any megalopolis, it has its flaws — among which is a pretty high percentage of users who don't seem possessed of a great deal of intelligence. AOL, after all, markets itself to the unwashed masses.

Granted all that, nothing about AOL is as stupid as the OP's head-firmly-in-ass, I'm-so-fucking-superior generalization.
