I gues now we'll here how smart they were to spent 10 brazillion (sorry, I know that is so last week) dollars on ice.
Anybody remember where we put the ice?

Heard it on NPR over the weekend - trucker picked up a load of ice in NYC, drove it to Missouri to stage for Rita, got diverted to Louisiana, and then the Feds refused to take delivery. They wanted him to take it to Idaho, he refused, so they sent it to cold storage in Massachusetts.
Yep. a 15000, 15 day road trip to take NYC ice to Massachusetts.
And we wonder why FEMA is such a mess.....
