Has anyone heard the story of Page Laurie? Page Laurie is the granddaugther of Wal-Mart co-founder Bud Walton. A few years ago Page's parents paid $50 million to Missouri University to help(wink wink) pay for their $75 million new sports arena. Later Missouri Unversity decided (wink wink) to name the school after Page Laurie.

About a year ago, in 2004, Laurie graduated from the University of Southern California. Sometime that same year Laurie's roommate came out with allegations that Laurie had paid her $20,000 to do much of her homework for all of her classes. After the allegations came out Missouri University along with Page's parents decided to remove Page's name from the arena. Today it was announced that Page has now given her degree back to USC.

Unfortunately, being a member of the Laurie/Walton family, she doesn't need a college degree to live outrageously well for the rest of her life.
