Here, I can find people who think like I do.

My hubby-sweety thinks like I do.

My daughter thinks like I do.

I go to DFA (Democracy for America), TIOV (Together in Our Valley - a peace org), and PFLAG (Parents, Family, Friends, of Gays and Lesbians), and help out at the local Planned Parenthood Clinic.

I go to a progressive church, with all kinds of couples ( www.rsintl.org )(Religious Science) which has and honors all kinds of couples and individuals.

And then ... I go talk to my fundie Hardright Bible Belt relatives ...
who think every anti-Booosh statement is an evil conspiracy. And who think that Senator Tom Coburn from Oklahoma is rational and well-grounded, returning our society to what it should be.
