Are the mods slackers?

It's already been noted that our current mods are a funny bunch. Is this because they're spending more time in the mod hot tub swapping stories and honing their routines?

I think we need to see some stats on how many threads are locked as a percentage of over-all threads started. Has this changed over time? How much time do they spend in the dungeon beating...um...erm...I mean encouraging good behaviour?
