To those who don't believe me when I say I play everything
on my show; my last 4 tracks were:

"If I Were A Rich Man"- Fiddler On The Roof Cast Album
"1969"- The Stooges
"She Was The One"- Peter Hosapple/Chris Stamey
and a 15 minute CBS Morning Newscast from 7/23/40

I'm going to have a new request thread tomorrow morning, so when I say I play everything, I mean it:)

7. Why doesn't it surprise me that you played "She Was the One"
by Holsapple and Stamey? I have that album and love it.

8. That's one of the great lost albums of the past 15 years
I've turned many, many people onto "Mavericks" by buying every CD I can find in the cut-out bins over the years and giving them away; I still think it's the best thing both Peter and Chris have ever done, even over The db's stuff. "Angels" is another favorite off the album; it's just gorgeous...

You've gotta be a fan of The Windbreakers, right? Bobby Sutliff's "Only Ghosts Remain" is another great Lost album, and a masterpiece..

10. "Mavericks" is a great album -- I got mine in a cut out bin, also.
I agree -- it is as good, if not better, than anything these guys did with The db's. "Angels" is my favorite song on that album.

You know what? I am not that familiar with The Windbreakers. I remember playing them as a college dj...but I don't have any of their stuff. I will definitely check it out.

9. I am requesting Achy Breaky Heart and Seasons in the Sun
and 'Sooner or Later' by Rex Smith and something even cheesier, if I can think of it, like 'oops, I did it again' or how about 'Du Jour around the world' ?
