i wanna know who rules on the change of judge motion in DeLay's case
I tried in GD (aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!) and i was ignored. So, I thought my fellow lounge lizards would be a little more kind about responding (even if it is sarcastic, at least its an answer).

1. The judge would have to recuse himself.
Meaning, he and only he decides. An appeal could be filed afterwards on the decision if he stays on though.
