I think the question at the top of the page is in German, asking if you can find 3 differences in the two pictures. If you can, you are among an elite group of people. A common type of web media for animations with audio and things of the sort. If they really wanted you to just compare two pictures, it'd be in a picture format like JPG, for the sake of simplicity and size.
