SEATTLE - Talk about a student body issue...

Here's how I imagine 14-year-old James Watkins wound up suspended from his Steilacoom middle school, along with having a sexual harassment placed in his permanent record.

Young James walks through the family living room on his way to a high school dance last weekend.

Eagle-eyed dad notices his son is dressed up like a phallus with feet and wonders what's going on.

James replies that it's close to Halloween and he's off to a dance at the high school.
