That ball hit the knob of the bat, not the batter! Next batter hits a grand slam. I hate it when bad umpiring decides the outcome of a World Series game! BLOWN CALL!

I find that these things pretty much even out in the end. I'm sure there will be a bad call in Houston's favor before this is over.

You'd have the same situation. It wasn't like he'd have been out.
What if Dye had hit the next pitch for a homer?
My point is that Dye could have gotten on base with the next pitch. Why would you assume that Dye would have made an out with the next pitch?
