Who watched GAME 2?! Who missed it?!
Oh, the poor bastahds who missed it. What a wonderful game to watch. Baseball at its best. As for the ninth inning, sport just doesn't get any better than that! Incredible!

Baseball rules!

1. This is the first time I've actually given half a rat's ass about the
World Series, and I'm glad I now do. Beyond wanting to see Texas get beat by Chicago (GO SOX!!!), this is damn good baseball!

3. Damn good game.........Pods is the MVP of that team
Edited on Mon Oct-24-05 12:55 PM by WeRQ4U
I said it during the season, and I'll say it again now. When he went down with the injury, the team went in the tank. And he's given them sparks all post-season. Yeah, he has a small bat, but never underestimate the guy who does all the little stuff. ANd BTW, if AJ spins to the plate a little faster on his throw to home, that game may not even GO to extra innings. He's a great asset to that team.

6. This whole postseason has been great baseball
Simply put shit that I thought I'd never see. Winning homers that change the game in the last minute. Fair balls that come in right under the wire. Slides that are safe only because the baseman couldn't tag the runner before he touched base.
