3. the picture in the paper was more graphic...

pets are so vulnerable and so trusting, and then some cruel, sickening excuse for a human being kills them.

If memory serves, Canada has some antiquated animal cruelty laws. Definitely trespass and destruction of "property" but I don't know. Likely that public outcry will push them to do more.

8. I saw a news report a few years ago...

Two teenage boys broke into a no-kill cat shelter, and beat dozens of cats to death, many more were injured.

The part that got me the angriest was the attitude of one of the boy's father, he said, "They're just cats. Whats the big deal?"

I got two words for that SOB.

But just had to see what our fellow "humans" were up to. I hope they find the bastard(s) who killed this helpless animal. I wish I had them under my control for just five minutes.
