I used to get panic attacks after I gave blood, so I quit doing it for the past three or so years.

I gave-in and donated today. It didn't bother me this time around. :)

I was deathly afraid of needles before I had my son. Getting poked on a regular basis for iron checks and std checks and because it was tuesday or whatever got me over that.
