Say a little prayer for me or what ever it is you do |
|
My company has desided to lay about 10% of it's staff off. I fear greatly that I may be one that gets cut. I don't know how I will handle it, but probably not great. So please think of me. :scared: :scared: :scared: :scared: :scared: :scared: :scared:

3. I can feel your insides are tied up in knots. |

What I'd do: See yourself in the center of a perfectly formed and comfortable large circle. When you have that, fill it with violet flame. Deeply colored. Stay with it as needed and breathe normally. That'll clean you up and balance you. Also help you sleep.

I wish I wasn't a worrier. It gets worse the older I get.

9. Be a worrier. Let it out. Worries give you info. Your troubles begin |
|
when you start looping. That's just crazy making. I suspect you're not a meditator. The stuff I gave you is killer for clearing and healing. If you want one or two more very simple things that'll help go to www.shambhudance.com. Meditations are on page two. There's an indepth explanation of the circle, fyi I recommend going over that and doing alternate nostril breathing which is at the top of the page. Start with the very first step and stay with that for awhile before proceeding, if you choose to proceed at all. That'll give you more room to breathe, focus your mind and replace all its spinning with a focus that links you directly to peace of mind.

17. There's lots of good stuff in the Bible to chew on. |

As for meditation, I use www.shambhudance.com. The meditations are on the second page. I recommend starting with the circle, part way down the page, then the hand on the heart hand meditation followed by alternate nostril breathing at the top of the page. They're simple and easy to follow. You'll get the hang of these in no time. They really take less time to do, once you understand what you're doing, than to read through them through. They'll bring focus, balance, calm and protection. Let me know if you want and I'll pass along a grounding page for you. That'll add a greater dimension to your peace of mind and focus.

Lots of good stuff to chew on, as you know. Grist for the mill. I'm sure you can separate the holiness from the dogma. Hey, if you try the meditations, let me know. I'd be happy to validate and fine tune your results.

Last year the same message came through our company. On the day of the layoffs the word going around was that they would be done between 2 and 4. 4:45 rolled around and I was still there.
Then the HR guy walked in the office. I got called in. Bad day. The speach the manager tried to give was so disengenuous I had to tell him to stop.

19. Be proactive. Create a list of your accomplishments and arrange to |
|
discuss them with your supervisor. Ask if your position is affected and if so, where else in the organization you would fit. If your job is eliminated and there are no other opportunities with the firm don't hesitate to negotiate an exit package including severance pay, extended medical coverage, and outplacement support.
Good luck.
