Does anyone else know this album?

Misplaced my copy of it a long time ago. Loved, loved, loved it. Thinking about Paul Wellstone tonight put me in mind of the song "I Shook His Hand" (written by Peter about meeting JFK as a kid).

1. Don't know the album, but I knew Paul Wellstone
I first met him in 1988, when he helped out a fellow college professor win a legislative seat in southern MN. The seat, long held by the Republicans, has stayed with the DFL since then. He was charming, inspiring, magnetic and had that "star quality" you only saw in people like the Kennedys.

I was an early supporter of Paul's Senate bid, and organized a couple precincts for him for the state caucuses. I was on the floor for the seven ballots it took to endorse him for the Senate seat, against very long odds.

I worked long and hard for his victory in 1990. I learned a lot from him, and his way with people. He has had a profound influence on my life.

Even though I'd dropped out of party politics by 1994 (thankyouverymuch, DLC), I still supported Paul financially on his subsequent campaigns. His death three years ago today got me re-involved with the Democratic-Farmer-Labor party, which has subsequently played a huge role in the rest of my life.

I still think about Paul every day, and I still fight the same fight he fought. Although I did disagree with several of his votes (the Kosovo invasion in particular), I still thought he was the best senator this state has ever had-- and we've had some amazing Senators (Humphrey, Mondale, Gene McCarthy).

2. Amazon has the album, 11 new and used from $5.75
I just searched for "Peter Case" and "I shook his hand" and "album"
