We were tired of getting emails from people demanding to know why the moderators were deleting their signature lines. We figure we could make it much less confusing if we served up a little note in the place of their sig line which told them what happened. But we didn't want to fill up *every* thread with the same text over and over again on everyone's post.

So the solution was just to serve up the text if someone is looking at their own post.
