Sigh........... :loveya: Today she leaned in real close with nice smile when she gave me the cheque and said, "Hope you enjoyed it." Sigh..... :loveya:

But get this, the other waitress there's boyfriend has been there that last few times I've gone. HE just sits at the bar while she works. I can't believe the owner allows that.

1. I had a liter of beer for lunch today. It was awesome!

BTW, by buying lunch in front of the cute waitress, you have revealed yourself to be reckless with money and thereby unsuitable for further emotional or carnal relationships. The proper way to impress waitresses is to scam them for free food. When I lived in Germany I knew several waitresses and they gave me full meals with several beers for the price of one beer and a nice tip. $6 for a dinner and 5 beers is a good deal!

2. You should talk to that other guy
Tell him to tell the cute waitress "You know, HEy HEy likes you. And not just likes you...he LIKES you likes you". And then find out if she likes you too. Or maybe you can pass him a note that is addressed to the waitress that says "I think you r cute. Do u think I am cute?"

Just messing with ya dude. I am not better than you at these things.

5. RULE: It's like hunting at the zoo.

My ex's were all waitresses, and i will tell you this:

There is nothing a waitress hates more than a guy who tries to pick her up at work.

Just cuz she's hot and you know where she has to be everyday does not mean game on.

Sorry, but I just want to help.

11. I spent a year...
Not even asking someone her name because of my hard-and-fast rule: do not hit on anyone across a counter. I've had numerous cases of RGS (retail girlfriend syndrome), a terrible condition where you have to spend 1-4 hours a night hearing about all the atrocious customers (and co-workers) who perved on her that day in one way or another.

We always talked laughed were friendly etc. I thought she was cute and I thought she thought I was cute but I stuck to my rule. By the time I ran into her in a bar, I had a girlfriend, but we quickly became very close friends. For a while my girlfriend was intensely jealous because she thought my beautiful barista was serious about me!
