Hoooollllly crap, I'm tired.

Anyone else just not sleeping recently?

My sleep schedule has been screwy for the last couple of weeks -- through last Friday, I was on a business trip, took a redeye home, slept four hours that morning, and it's been messed up ever since.

Last night, I left Drinking Liberally at 11 (after watching the Sox win -- to the sounds of "I Believe In A Thing Called Love," which is very surreal in a neighborhood tavern, and is of course my morning earworm), got home within 15 minutes but didn't get to sleep until 12:30, woke up before 6.

1. Being tired is a perpetual state for me.

I get up at 5:30 every morning with the high schooler, but can't get to sleep before 1AM.

It sucks. I just don't sleep.

2. I've been waking up a lot

Which leaves me feeling icky in the mornings.

Drinking a couple of beers reeeeeally slowly usually knocks me out, or the percocet I was taking for my strep did a good job. Also made me hallucinate, so I dunno if thats a great solution :P

If you can find feeds of CBC Radio (am stations) the shit at night will probably knock you out cold.
