Ah the joy of walking without my walker or chair. The legs are good today. I took my cane with me, just for the sake of balance, and went for a walk around the block. Really it's such a great tension relief too bad the fundies insist on keepin me from walkin daily..

However in all seriousness next time the GD board, politics or life itself gets to you, go outside. Drink deep in the air and look at that blue horizon it puts everything in perspective. The key board will always be there for you later. :D Oh and I just wanted to thank my friends on DU for giving me moral support over the last few days. You guys rock :D :toast:
