Having said that, I wanted to jump on the Fitzmas bandwagon because it presses the right buttons. ;-)

8. The wild Fitz is a wiley and cautious creature

Not easily lured by simple cookies or milk. To really attact a Fitz from it's offices you should put out Yaks milk chilled to exactly 48F.

The cookies are a bit more complex. The wild Fitz is partial to a regional style of Oatmeal cookie made exclusively by Amish bakers. It is difficult to track down the recipe. Your best bet is to actually try to purchase them from an Amish community.
