The coincidence that this area has one of the largest concentrations of military personnel east of the Missippippi, who would add to a nifty backdrop for ol' Shrubby, does not even escape the most oblivious of observers.

Before his plane lands at Norfolk IAP, whenever, they're going to shut down all fights into the region (No surprise there) AND a portion of I-64 that crosses the landing track to the airport.

I guess that they're scared of some yahoo who's got the skills to navigate a pickup truck with one hand and shoot a high-powered rifle at an overhead moving target and time it just perfectly to be in the right spot, as the plane just happens to be in range.

Another thing too, "Slimebag" Jerry Kilgore, the repug, so-called candidate for GUV, feels that Bush's event down here is so important, that he's decided to SKIP IT.
