My favorite investment ever--XM Satellite Radio
I love it, especially since I'm able to listen to it online. It plays all the music I love, especially channels 40-54 (rock and alternative). My favorite Channels are 47 and 48--Ethel and Squizz XL, respectively.

Just thought I'd share that with you all. :)

4. I miss it.
I stopped my subscription after my Delphi Roaide stopped working properly (piece of junk). I just haven't had the spare change to get a new unit. I may switch to Sirius, though, since they have NFL and Howard Stern (and the Underground Garage channel).

5. But what about Air America?
XM's got it. Sirius doesn't have it.

Which is a shame because otherwise Sirius lineup looks better.

I am in the market for a radio too.

6. My mom had Sirius at one point...
but she ditched it because AAR wasn't on it.

7. Yep. Sirius used to have AAR.
The thing is, I'm in it for the music- I'm not a fan of talk radio, left or otherwise.

9. Couldn't agree more.
My faves are Cafe, Fred, Ethel, 70s, 60s, comedy, and Home Plate.

I'm getting my eldest sister a Sirius for her birthday because she listens to Howard Stern. :eyes:

10. Fungus 53!!
All the classic punk rock (and the newer stuff too).

Heard some stuff on there that I hadn't heard since high school.

And Air America, of course... which is the main reason I subscribed in the first place. But the ability to be able to drive anywhere in the country with access to AAR and dozens of music channels certainly is a great bonus (beats having to pack a bunch of CD's and figure out how to secure them in the car without being stolen.
