Fucking post office!

So I sent my friend cell phone to him via Canada post "Express post." I wanted to send it to a postal outlet so he could pick it up there and pay for the cost. So first off, the postal service tells me a COD will cost six bucks extra, and I wasn't about to double the cost on a COD. So I just decided to pay for it. Then the fucking idiot asked me the address of the post office I wanted to send it to.
"I don't know that, don't you have it in your computer?" I said. I mean, shit, it's the POST OFFICE, you'd think they'd have the address of their other branches. So she looks it up in the book, it was in a mall. SO she just writes the name of the mall on it and puts on the Postal code, "Is that right?" I asked... it didn't seem too bright to do that from where I was standing... she assured me it was. Then she tells me I have to call THEM to tell them it's coming. I thought that was dumb too. So I did it, the guy informs me everything she said was incorrect and my buddy's phone could now be anywhere in the mall. I was furious.
But guess what, it just turned up here at work. They sent it to the return address instead.

Now it's off to the postal service to get my complaining on.

3. Once you chose to pay it up front why didn't you send it to his house?

instead of the PO?

To be honest with you the PO did the right thing and sent it back to you. You should have been prepared with the info of where you wanted it sent. Letting someone else assume what is right is what got you.
