I have a new job at Chili's (cue the music, I want my babyback ribs and all that). They just opened on the real Fitzmas eve (thurs) and I just had a great night. I made about $30 bucks more than the average server and was asked by the GM to become a "trainer."

I'm so proud of me.... and to think this would make me proud....

I just left my well paying job in VA for an opportunity to go to school for the next 4 years while working this BS job.
congrats to me, I'm movin up (or maybe just sideways, I'm not sure) but congrats to me anyways.

I used to work in the restaurant biz back in my college years as well. I was a cook though, I could not be a waiter, I think I would kill someone. I enjoyed cooking though.
