What time is it for those of us who aren't sure? |
|
I turned back some of my clocks but right now I am on the computer. It's my new computer, so I am not sure if it'll ask me if the time is right. It says 2:23 A.M. right now. So has it done the daylight savings thing yet or not? It is really like 3:24 or 1:24. This is confusing. Mental note to self: When I get the degree in computer engineering, use the electronics know-how to invent a time measuring system that ends the need for leap day and daylight savings time. It's taking up too much of my time. Life is too short to worry with such things.

1. Spring ahead, fall back. So you move your clock back one hour. |

It's supposed to kick in at 2am, but I always wait until the next day. This is engraved in my brain, since I used to have to deal with TV schedules and it was a goddamn nightmare! Where do you list the extra hour of programming?! But, at least, you get an extra hour of sleep, this weekend, or anything else, for that matter...:D
on edit: I'm in Eastern time, and my watch says 3:35. But it's really 2:35, because it's after 2... And, rather than go through all that, you could just move to Indiana, since parts of it are non-observing, but I've heard that that's probably about to change...
